After leaving Meeker, I headed south on Highway
13 to where it joins Interstate 70 at Rifle, Colorado.
A few miles east of Rifle is Silt, Colorado. I spent last Thanksgiving at Ruby on the River in Silt.
Ruby on the River is for sale in case you
want to buy this resort of country cabins, but beware of the water which has an odor of sulphur.
A
few miles east of Silt is Glenwood Springs.
