Dumont, Colorado - Composer Estelle Philleo's Unique Grave Location

Dumont is a very small village by Interstate 70 near Georgetown, Colorado.

Composer Estelle Philleo was well known during the late 1910-1920s and her grave is not hidden in a cemetery - but near the current U.S. Post Office and frontage road.

The poor lady is buried in a strange location.

Her grave looks neglected.  God bless this forgotten lady.
