5-Way Medallion For Catholics

The Five Way Medal or Cruciform is a traditional gift for religious sacramental occasions.

Five Way Cross Medal
Also known as a cruciform, it is actually five medals in one. The Sacred Heart at the top, St. Christopher on the right, Miraculous at the bottom, and St. Joseph on the left and the Holy Spirit in the center.

Also known as 5-way Holy Spirit medal or Crucifix.

I would suggest just saying some Prayers to each of the 5.   Google would have some really good ones I am sure.

For the Miraculous Medal one, the Prayer for that is "O Mary conceived without sin, Pray for us who have recourse to Thee". So just Pray that Prayer.
For Sacred Heart, "Sacred Heart of Jesus, We place all our Trust in Thee!"
For Saint Joseph, a simple one is "Saint Joseph, Protector of The Holy Family. Pray for us and Protect our Families".
For Saint Christopher, "Saint Christopher, Pray for us and Protect us always"

And For The Holy Spirit "Come Holy Spirit, fill the Hearts of Thy Faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Your Love! Grant us peace and joy, always. In Jesus' Name!"
