Colin Powell
endorsed Obama in 2008. Now, he “keeps his powder dry” and declines
to endorse Obama at this time because he needs more information.
I
thought generals were supposed to be insightful and decisive. Powell is
just a political opportunist waiting to see which way the winds blow.
