Today, we
celebrate The Holy Name of Mary in tribute to the Christian victory over the
Muslims at the Gates of Vienna.
We want to
honor the hero of the battle, Polish General Jan Sobieski, by drinking Sobieski
Vodka made in Poland.
We want to
honor the Capuchin monk, Marco d’Aviano, who used coffee beans left behind by
the retreating Muslims to make a new drink that became popular around the world
– Cappuccino – the little Capuchin.
Sobieski

1 oz. Sobieski

quoting General Sobieski, “I came, I saw, God conquered!”
Make a Toast to
the Holy Name of Mary, “Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother!”
