Above The Law

Can't anyone do something about this woman?

U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071

So Much Wrong and So Few Seem to Care!!!!!

Word for word from the Cornell Law Library
Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office.
Such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

 (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Shouldn't voters know that? The media won't tell them. So it's up to us. Can you help hold Hillary accountable?

Pass this on, please.

Presidential Bucket List

The candidate I want as President of the United States of America is the one who will seriously work to accomplish these 13 things.

THE LIST: Which do you not like?

I like the way this is phrased because it recognizes that the political class are "bought and paid for".  I believe that the basic premise is correct:  If you listen to Trump, he is hitting many of the hot buttons of the electorate.  But you have to listen to him and not be distracted by his showmanship (which is designed to give him free publicity since he's paying for his own campaign).

I like the list of 13 things that I, as a senior American citizen, want.

Trump is at least talking about issues that most Americans are concerned about.  My mantra about Trump is this:  We are usually in agreement with most of what he says but wish someone else was saying it.  We are getting older and our tickers aren't what they used to be ... so here is Our Special Bucket List for 2016 ....

HERE IS WHAT WE WANT...

1.  Hillary: held accountable for her previous wrongs!

2. Put "GOD" back in America !!!

3. Borders: Closed or tightly guarded!

4. Congress: On the same retirement & healthcare plans as everybody else.

5. Congress: Obey its own laws NOW!

6. Language: English only!

7. Culture: Constitution and the Bill of Rights!

8. Drug Free: Mandatory Drug Screening before & during Welfare!

9. Freebies: NONE to Non-Citizens!

10. Budget: Balance the damn thing!

11. Foreign Countries: Stop giving them our money!  Charge them for our help!  We need it here.

12. Fix the TAX CODE!

And most of all.

13. "RESPECT OUR MILITARY AND OUR FLAG!!"

We the people are coming!  Only 86% will send this on.  Should be a 100%.

What will you do?

Please send it on; if only to one person.

A Minute With God

I spent a minute and hope you will too.

 I LOVE THE OPENING SENTENCE:

With what is going on in the world these days, Heaven could end up a ghost town?

My name is GOD. You hardly have time for Me. I love you and will always bless you.

I am always with you. I need you to spend 30 seconds of your time with Me today.

Don't pray, just praise. Today I want this message to go across the world before midnight.

Will you help? Please do not delete it and I'll help you with something that you are in need of.

Just dare Me! A blessing is coming your way. Please drop everything and pass it on.

Why are prayers getting smaller, but bars and clubs are expanding?

Why is it so easy to worship a celebrity, but very difficult to engage with God?

Think about it, are you going to forward this or are you going to ignore it because you think you will get laughed at?

Forward this to all your friends. GOD said if you deny me in front of your friends, I will deny you on the day of judgment.

When one door closes, God opens two. If GOD has opened doors for you, send this message to everyone...
Forward if God's been good to you!

Not Fit To Be President

As we can see by some of their recent statements, these people are “not fit to be president” . . .

Trump says that he has suffered for this country by hiring a lot of people.

Perhaps they should all follow this advice:

Happy Birthday, Six Flags - 1961

1961
Texans head for the thrills at Six Flags

On this day in 1961, amusement park lovers “head for the thrills” as Six Flags Over Texas, the first park in the Six Flags chain, opens. Located on 212 acres in Arlington, Texas, the park was the first to feature log flume and mine train rides and later, the first 360-degree looping roller coaster, modern parachute drop and man-made river rapids ride. The park also pioneered the concept of all-inclusive admission price; until then, separate entrance fees and individual ride tickets were the standard. During its opening year, a day at Six Flags cost $2.75 for an adult and $2.25 for a child. A hamburger sold for 50 cents and a soda set the buyer back a dime.

The park, which took a year and $10 million to build, was the brainchild of Texas real estate developer and oilman Angus Wynne Jr., who viewed it as a short-term way to make a buck from some vacant land before turning it into an industrial complex. Wynne reportedly recouped his personal investment of $3.5 million within 18 months and changed his mind about the park’s temporary status. With 17.5 million visitors in its first 10 years, the park became the Lone Star State’s top for-profit tourist attraction. Today, average annual attendance at the park is over 3 million.

One of Six Flags’ unique aspects was that it wasn’t just a random collection of rides; it was developed around a theme: the history of Texas. The park’s name was a nod to the six flags that had flown over the state at various times–France, Spain, Mexico, the Confederacy, Texas and the United States. The park’s rides and attractions were grouped into six themed sections that represented the cultures of these governments and enabled visitors to experience everything from cowboy culture to Southern belles and pirates. Originally, the park was to be called Texas Under Six Flags, before it was decided that Texas should never be under anything.

Angus Wynne sold Six Flags in 1969 and in the coming years, the company expanded and was resold. Today, Six Flags, Inc. is the world’s largest regional theme park company and owns and operates 30 theme, water and zoological parks in North America. In 2005, almost 34 million people spent a combined 250 million hours at Six Flags parks.
