Them Wuz The Days

My mom used to cut chicken, chop eggs and spread

butter on bread on the same cutting board with the same

knife and no bleach or antibacterial wipes, but we

didn't seem to get food poisoning. Our school sandwiches were wrapped in wax paper or

in a baggie with a twist tie, in a brown paper bag, not in

ice pack coolers, but I can't remember getting e.

ColiAlmost all of us would have rather gone swimming

in the lake or at the beach instead of a  pristine pool

(talk about boring), no beach closures then. We  all took gym class... and risked

permanent injury with a pair of regular old tennis shoes

from a department store if we were lucky, but likely hand me

downs instead of having cross-training athletic shoes with

air cushion soles and built in light reflectors that cost as

much as a small car. I can't recall any injuries but

they must have happened because they tell us how much safer

we are now. We got a spanking for doing something wrong,

parents called it discipline.  And we all grew up to

accept the rules and to honor and respect our parents,

grandparents teachers, police officers, and those older than

us. We had 50 kids in our class and we all learned to

read and write, do math and spell almost all the words

needed to write a grammatically correct letter.  Even

in cursive! We all said prayers in school irrespective of our

religion, sang the national anthem and no one got

upset. Staying in detention after school caught all sorts

of negative attention we wish we hadn't  got. 

It was shameful, and detention was nothing compared to what

was waiting at home. I thought that I was supposed to accomplish

something before I was allowed to be proud of

myself. I just can't recall ever being bored, even

though we were without computers, Play Station,

Nintendo,  X-box, laptops, cell phones or 270 digital

TV cable stations. We weren't!  We went outside and

played with the neighbor kids of all ages, made up games,

and rode our bikes for miles without helmets.Oh yeah , and where were the antibiotics and

medical kit when I scraped something or got that bee sting?

I could have been killed! We played "King of the Hill" on piles of

gravel left on vacant building sites and when we got hurt,

mom pulled out the bottle of iodine or red Mercurochrome and

then we got our backside spanked.  Now it's a trip

to the emergency room, followed by a 10 day dose of

antibiotics and then mom and dad call the lawyer to sue the

contractor for leaving a horribly vicious pile of gravel

where it was such a  threat. To top it off, not a single person I knew had ever

been told that they were from a dysfunctional family. How

could we possibly have known that? We never needed to get into group therapy and/or

anger management classes. We were obviously so duped by so

many societal ills, that we didn't even notice that the

entire country wasn't taking Prozac! How did we ever survive? LOVE TO ALL OF US WHO SHARED THIS ERA. AND TO ALL WHO DIDN'T, SORRY FOR WHAT YOU

MISSED. WOULDN'T TRADE  IT FOR

ANYTHING! Pass this to someone and  remember that

life's most simple pleasures are very often the 

best. Ah, those WERE the days!

MARLIN FIREARMS IS CLOSING ITS DOORS  Even if you do not own a gun
you need to know this.

   This was checked on "Truth or Fiction" who verified it.  They can be
trusted  more than ----- Snopes.  Marlin Firearms is already closing
its doors!  They are doing it to us, America! All gun owners and
sportsmen/women need to see this.  We cannot rely on the media to
inform us of these types of happenings.  Something you may not know
that Is happening! Who is buying the companies manufacturing guns??? 
For the last several years a company called The Freedom Group has been
buying up gun and ammunition manufacturers.  Some of the companies are
Bushmaster, Marlin, Remington, DPMS, Dakota Arms and H&R.  Some people
worry that this Freedom Group is going to control most of the firearms
companies in the United States.  If you control the manufacturers you
can decide to stop selling to civilians.

   What a perfect way to control guns.  Now if you do some digging you
will see that The Freedom Group is owned by a company called Cerberus
Capital Management.  Guess who controls Cerberus???  GEORGE SOROS,
Obama's chief financier!!  He wants to restrict or ban all civilian
guns.  Please pass this on to all  your freedom loving friends. This
needs to come out.  Why have we not heard about this in the
"mainstream" media?   I would think this would be BIG news.

   (Soros also owns Progressive Insurance - Flo).   If you don't know who
George Soros is, you need to do some research.  This One-World
Government atheist backed Obama with millions of dollars and Obama is
a puppet  on a string controlled by Soros.

So the Clinton's weren't so bad eh?

If you're under 50 you really need to read this.  If you’re over 50, you    lived through it,
 so share it with those under 50. Amazing to me how much I had forgotten!

 When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health
 care reform.  Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a
 democratic controlled congress.  This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13
 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

 Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general.
 Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw
 their names from consideration.  Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described
 her selection as “my worst mistake.”  Some may not remember that Reno made the
 decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas
 resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

 Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights
 Commission.  Lani Guanier was her selection.  When a little probing led to the discovered
 o f Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

 Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations.
 She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the
 White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department.  Her selections went
 well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to
 resign.

 Many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.”  Hillary wanted to award unfettered
 travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused
 to comply.  She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired.  This ruined their reputations,
 cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale
 was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House
 funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

 Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend,
 Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was
 investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the
 widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even
 knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House.
 Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years
 of service to seven presidents.

 Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by
 Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense.  Some of her
 more notable decisions in the debacle was:

 She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit.  After the Starr investigation they
 settled with Ms. Jones.

 She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as
 Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led
 to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

 Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath'
 to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

 Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by
 repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

 After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House
 furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.

 What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?

 Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary
 of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will
 fall next.  But to her loyal fans - “what difference does it make?”

 Electing Hillary Clinton president would be like granting Satan absolution and giving him the keys to heaven!

The Clinton Scam

WOW--------------Very INTERESTING!!

Recently, Charles  Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private email server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest.  

The Clinton Foundation is "organized crime" at its finest, and we are financing it.

Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme.  It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history.

This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own purposes.  All tax free.  Here's how it works:

1. You create  a separate foreign "charity."  In this case one in Canada.

2.  Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity.   In this case, over 1,000 did  -- contributing mega millions.  I'm sure they did this out of  the  goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return. (Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send untold  millions to a  Canadian charity).

3. The Canadian charity then  bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the    Clinton Foundation.

4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating  Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of  individual donors.

5. The Clinton Foundation then "spends" some of  this  money for legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%.  Much of the balance goes to enrich the  Clinton's, pay salaries   To  untold numbers of  hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc.  Again, virtually all tax free,    which means you and I are subsidizing it.

6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world's best accountants, somehow  fails to report much  of this on their tax filings.  They discover these "clerical  errors"  and begin the process  of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.
 
7. Net result -- foreign money,  much of it from other countries, goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor.  This is the textbook definition  of money  laundering.

Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes as a principal one Frank Giustra.  Google him.  He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One,  the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted.  As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Governor Bob  McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company.  Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security t risk.

Sarcasm aside, if you're still not persuaded this was a  cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton's, ask yourself this:

Why did these foreign  interests funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation?  Better yet, why not donate  money directly to the people, organizations and  countries in need?

This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling.

Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000  e-mails was a risk she was willing to take.

Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal, and they are Slick!   Warning:  They could be back in the White House in January 2017.  Don't let it happen.  Remember, most people are not well informed.  You must inform and educate them.

Texas A&M Study Calls Obama the 5th Best President in American History

 Summary:  OBAMA NOW RATED the 5th BEST PRESIDENT IN OUR HISTORY

From a total of 44 U.S. Presidents, Obama has been rated as the 5th best, according to a study completed at Texas A&M University.

The Public Relations Office at A&M released this statement:
"After almost 6 years in office, American academics have rated President Obama the 5th Best President in American History".

These are the results according to Texas A&M:

1. Lincoln and Reagan tied for first place

2. Seventeen Presidents tied for second place

3. Twenty-three other Presidents tied for third place

4. Jimmy Carter came in fourth, and...

5. Obama was fifth.

Late in the eighth century, so runs the story, a hunter named Hubert, neither better nor worse than he should have been, was tracking a stag through the forest of the Ardennes. As he readied himself to shoot the animal with his arrow, he was startled when the stag turned suddenly in its flight, and he saw between its antlers a luminous cross. This experience caused Hubert to change his way of life, and he never hunted again. Yet only a few centuries later he was known as the patron of hunters, and is a saint greatly honored in France and Belgium.

Saint Hubert lived a full life. He became bishop of Tongres and traveled through his huge diocese on horseback and by boat, preaching and building churches to the glory of God. He was the friend of the great of his day — Pepin of Heristal and Charles Martel among them — and also of the poor. In particular his heart went out to prisoners, and he would secretly place food for them before their dungeon windows. As he died he said to those about him, "Stretch the pallium over my mouth for I am now going to give back to God the soul I received from Him."

In parts of France and Belgium there has long been a custom of holding stag hunts on Saint Hubert's Day, and the hunters gather before the chase for Mass and the blessing of men and horses and dogs. After the hunt is over, those taking part gather for a bountiful breakfast consisting of fish, meat, salad, cheese, and dessert. Naturally the meat is venison of some sort, and the salad may well be one of dandelion greens.
